Randolph Lone Fight will serve nineteen years and three months in federal prison. Fifty-seven year old Lone Fight of Mandaree, North Dakota was sentenced on three counts of involuntary manslaughter resulting from driving under the influence.

The accident occurred on October 17 last year on Highway 23 west of New Town. Lone Fight was driving westbound.

While passing a vehicle in a no passing zone, he collided head-on with an eastbound vehicle, killing the 17-year-old female driver, her 6-month-old child and a 47-year-old female.

Lone Fight was convicted of a DUI in tribal court approximately three weeks prior to the accident.
