Associated Press LAUDERHILL, Fla. (AP) The world's largest rubber band ball will be transported from Florida's BroWard County to a Ripley's Believe it or Not warehouse in Orlando. The ball was created by 28-year-old Joel Waul of Lauderhill. It took Waul nearly six years and more than 9,000 pounds of rubber bands of varying sizes to create the orb. It stands 6-foot, 7-inches tall. The Guinness Book of World Records declared it the largest rubber band ball in the world in 2008.
