Death of Waterville man, 24, ruled accidentalOct 31 2009 6:12PM
Associated Press WATERVILLE, Minn. (AP) Le Sueur County authorities have ruled as accidental the death of a 24-year-old man whose body was found in a Waterville alley. A coroner's report says acute alcohol intoxication and hypothermia contributed to Christopher A. Poehler's death. Poehler's body was found Monday about 6:30 a.m. Police say he lived in a nearby apartment. Witnesses told police they had seen Poehler in a nearby bar late Sunday night. Coroner John H. Berg says Poehler also suffered a head injury before the hypothermia set in, but the injury didn't contribute to his death.
