Minett's 5-yard run gave South Dakota State a 10-3 lead with 11:11 left in the third quarter. Ryan Crawford was 19-for-28 for 178 yards for the Jackrabbits. Brandon Summers was 19-for-29 for 181 yards for Youngstown State (4-4, 2-3). S DAKOTA-N COLORADO Northern Colorado defeats South Dakota 21-17 GREELEY, Colo. (AP) Bryan Waggener threw for 281 yards and two touchdowns as Northern Colorado rallied to beat South Dakota 21-17 Saturday. Andre Harris scored on a 1-yard touchdown run to cap a 13-play, 89-yard drive with 5:20 left for the Bears. South Dakota (3-5) trailed 14-0 with 13:16 left in the first half before rallying. Noah Shepard threw for one touchdown and ran for another to give the Coyotes (3-3) a 17-14 lead early in the third quarter. Pinned at their own 11, Waggener directed the game-winning drive, which was aided by a 15-yard pass-interference penalty on South Dakota that gave the Bears a first down at the Coyotes' 26.
