If you haven't switched your clocks back by now... you're really far behind... or ahead.

Americans fall back today... turning their clocks back one hour.

At Walkers and Daughters in the Kirkwood Mall... the clocks stay chiming all day long... but it can be a process to keep some of the clocks on actual time.

While some say the time change can mess with their sleep cycle... others say they like the process to ultimately enjoy more daylight.
