Fall BackNov 1 2009 11:14PM
KXMCTV Minot Americans fall back today, turning their clocks back one hour. While some say this can mess with their sleep cycle, others say they enjoy the process to ultimately enjoy more daylight. At Walkers and Daughters in the Bismarck mall, the clocks stay chiming all day long, but it can be a process to change even some of the clocks back. (Erin Gilligan/Bismarck) "At first when I woke up, didn't know what time it was, because every clock in our house has a different time on it so I have to go by my phone as well, probably like most people." (Katie Larson "I love daylight savings time, just because you get the one extra hour and I always wish there were more hours in the day.. It really doesn't affect me too much, the first day I think I can kind of feel it the first day, but after the first night, it's fine." Safety officials stress that it's also a good time to check or change the batteries on your fire or carbon monoxide detectors.
