Associated Press PHILADELPHIA (AP) It's Game 5 of the World Series tonight in Philadelphia as Cliff Lee gets the start for the Phillies and A.J. Burnett goes for the Yankees. If New York wins, it will be the 27th World Series title for the Yankees. If the Phillies win, the Series moves back to New York for Game 6. NEW ORLEANS (AP) The last undefeated team in the NFC will close out week eight in the NFL tonight in the Superdome. The unbeaten Saints will host the Atlanta Falcons. HOUSTON (AP) Houston tight end Owen Daniels has a torn knee ligament and will have season-ending surgery to repair the injury. Daniels injured the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee on Houston's second possession in yesterday's win at Buffalo when he caught his foot in the turf. ARLINGTON, Va. (AP) The Washington Capitals say Alex Ovechkin is "week-to-week" with an upper-body injury. The two-time league MVP suffered an "upper-body strain" in Sunday's overtime loss to Columbus and was at the team's practice facility today for treatment. Kansas CITY, Mo. (AP) After suspending running back Larry Johnson for two games because he made gay slurs, The Kansas City Chiefs have agreed to cut the suspension in half. The Chiefs, apparently fearful of losing in arbitration, announced they made the settlement in conjunction with the NFL Management Council and the NFL Players Association.
