A new hotel is in the works for Minot.

An 83-room Candlewood Suites is expected to open early next summer.

The hotel will be build west of Walmart along 37th Avenue Southwest. General Partner Joel Feist of Minot says the 5-million dollar hotel is designed to meet the needs of extended stay travelers.

The Candlewood will be the third hotel under construction in Minot.

The others are the Hampton Inn on North Broadway and the Main Stay Suites to be located south of the Sleep Inn. watch the video | save this article / add to your favorites list
