Putting in an eight hour work day.

On the roof. During October Sykes employees were busy raising money for the American Heart Association.

Rob Woodruff decided to give his employees an even bigger incentive to raise as much as possible.

The deal...if the 15-thousand dollar goal was met he would spend 24-hours on the roof.

(Rob Woodruff / Spending workday on the roof) "When I set the date a month ago, I didn't knowwhat to expect. I thought I could have snow, it could be overcast. So i think as far as November days go I am pretty lucky it turned out with sun and in the 40s."


The team came up with a third of the funds raising over 5 thousand dollars.
