The Minot State Football team will play in it's first ever DAC bowl on Sunday as part of a full day of action in the Fargodome. The Beavers come in as the 2nd seed and will play Jamestown in the 3rd game of the day at 4 p.m. The Beavers need a win and then must wait another week to see if they are selected as a playoff team. The teams met during the regular season with the Beavers coming up 33-7 winners but the Jimmies are a much different than they were earlier in the season.

Paul Rudolph, MSU football coach:Their quarterback is awful skilled. They throw it around. They're probably not as diverse as the first time we seen them. They kind of abandoned the run game. They show it to you a little bit just to keep some option available but really just throwing it around now quite a bit and their defense has improved without question, they're flying around, moving around and defending things fairly well.

George Duenas, senior:We're on an off last week. Some drives our "O" line was off and then other drives our receivers were off so we just gotta be more consistent.

Bart Archdekin, senior:The thing that we have to do is win the game and then we have to have our fingers crossed, you're right in saying that, it's up in the air after that. So that's what we're all hoping for, especially our seniors.
