Associated Press LAUREL, Mont. (AP) Officials at CHS refinery in Laurel are investigating a butane leak that happened last month. Pat Kimmet, the refinery's manager, says about 2,100 gallons of butane were released Oct. 21. He says no one was hurt and monitoring equipment at the refinery did not detect any hazard. CODY, Wyo. (AP) Contractors are cleaning up several sites around Yellowstone National Park where leaky underground fuel tanks had contaminated soil and groundwater over the past few decades. The park's environmental protection specialist, Jim Evanoff, says some of the polluted sites are near pristine waters but don't pose an immediate threat to drinking water. HELENA, Mont. (AP) A family dog woke up a woman after her house caught fire in Helena. Sissy, a border collie and Australian shepherd mix, rousted Dany Lowry Thursday morning, who quickly found her living room on fire. BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) A 41-year-old Florence man shot and killed a young mountain lion after it stalked his father on a hunting trip near Boulder.
