This was the scene in Hebron exactly one year ago.

Last November 6th the first Blizzard of the 2008-2009 winter hit North Dakota hard.

6-10 inches of snow fell in a matter of hours, shutting down the interstate.

The following day schools and most of North Dakota took a snow day.

Here's a look back..
