Blue's father lives in Belcourt and talked with us by phone this afternoon. He says his son is doing well and was released from the hospital in Texas today. Sgt. Blue's father says his son is going through post-combat psychiatric care and saw the shooter, a military psychiatrist, often. (Patrick Blue II / Father of Shooting Victim) "We talked for a little bit, we talked about the shooter. He's a psychiatrist there who works with the guys when they come back from Iraq. He's seen the guy every day, he never thought something like that would happen. Sgt.
