Associated Press Belcourt, N.D. (AP) A Belcourt man says his son is one of the luckier ones after being treated for wounds from bullet fragments during the shooting spree at Fort Hood. Patrick Blue Jr. says his son, 23-year-old Sgt. Patrick Blue III, was in another room at the Texas post when he heard shots and ran to the scene. He says his son was treated for bullet fragments in his side. Bismarck, N.D. (AP) A company is looking for a site in the Bismarck-Mandan area for a meatpacking plant that could slaughter up to 800 cattle a day and export 60 percent of the beef to South Korea. Hank Imm is the executive vice president of FK Corp. USA Inc. He says the plant could employ up to 370 people. A feasibility study is expected to be finished this summer. Police say one driver hit the moose Thursday evening after it wandered onto the highway. Then a short time later, a semi hit the moose as it lay on the road.
