Associated Press VERMILLION, S.D. (AP) An Internal Revenue Service spokeswoman says people should be careful of e-mails from scammers saying they have an undelivered refund. Carrie Resch says it's an effort to get the person to provide their bank account information. Resch says people who think they're missing a refund can go to the IRS Web site. BEAVER CREEK, Minn. (AP) Authorities say a Garretson woman was killed in a crash south of Beaver Creek, Minn. The Rock County sheriff's department says 17-year-old Tina Sandbulte lost control of her vehicle, causing it to roll. Sandbulte was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene. DEADWOOD, S.D. (AP) The historic Black Hills gambling town of Deadwood could soon be without its own grocery store. Blondie's IGA may be forced to shut down because of fewer customers, high utility costs and competition with other stores in the area. State Rep. Chuck Turbiville says residents are asking him to help keep the store open. PIERRE, S.D. (AP) Pierre's deer management advisory committee would like to harvest more deer this year to deal with growing numbers.
