Associated Press Bismarck, N.D. (AP) Williston's Mercy Medical Center has changed its procedures after a baby was sent home with the wrong parents in September. Now, the hospital logs each baby's movement after the child is taken from a bassinet for changing and feeding. And babies are not allowed to leave the hospital until a wristband is double-checked against paperwork. Fargo, N.D. (AP) Three North Dakota men who were stationed in Iraq are suing military contractors Halliburton and KBR. They claim the companies exposed them to toxic fumes and ash from burn pits used for waste. (AP) A 78-year-old Kenmare woman is dead after a minivan she was riding in crashed into the rear of a truck that was stuck. The accident Monday night in Mountrail County injured two other people.
