(AP) State and federal wildlife officials say donations have allowed them to increase the reward for information in the killing of a mammoth grizzly bear to nearly $12,000. Authorities are searching for the poacher who shot the bear in August and left the carcass to rot. HELENA, Mont. (AP) The view along Highway 191 leading to Big Sky in Galltin County may improve under an ordinance given preliminary approval by the county commission. Commissioners voted to ban billboards along the stretch of highway. If the commissioners give final approval next month, the advertising company would be required to remove the billboards within 10 years. LIVINGSTON, Mont. (AP) A General Motors dealership in Livingston has closed its doors after GM revoked its contract. Headwaters GMC owner Dave Jackson says the business is finishing some work, but is no longer open. The dealership had been in business for several decades. GREAT FALLS, Mont. (AP) Mike MacKenzie is lucky he didn't fall asleep on the sofa last night. He was asleep in his bedroom when a car crashed into his living room early this morning. The crash left a huge hole and injured one person in the vehicle.
