HELENA, Mont. (AP) The view along Highway 191 leading to Big Sky in Galltin County may improve under an ordinance given preliminary approval by the county commission. Commissioners voted to ban billboards along the stretch of highway. If the commissioners give final approval next month, the advertising company would be required to remove the billboards within 10 years.
