AMES, Iowa (AP) North Carolina has landed the No. 1 high school Basketball recruit. Harrison Barnes, a 6-foot-7 swingman from Ames, Iowa, said he chose the Tar Heels because of his relationship with coach Roy Williams and North Carolina's academics.
