(AP) A small plane has crashed in southern New Jersey, killing a father and son headed to Indiana for a hunting trip. The plane went down shortly after taking off this morning about 20 miles southwest of Atlantic City. The crash killed the 53-year-old pilot and his 12-year-old son.
