METAIRIE, La. (AP) Saints starting cornerback Tracy Porter has a sprained left knee and will not require surgery. An MRI revealed a sprained ligament and he is expected to return to the field this season.

CLEVELAND (AP) Week 10 of the NFL season concludes tonight when the Cleveland Browns send out quarterback Brady Quinn to face Baltimore. The Ravens are 4-4, while the Browns are 1-7 and give the start to Quinn for the first time since the second game of the season. The Ravens need a win to stay in the thick of the AFC North race, while the Browns are 1-7.

NEW YORK (AP) Andrew Bailey had 26 saves out of the Oakland bullpen this past season. It earned him the vote from Baseball Writers as the American League Rookie of the Year. No other American League rookie had more than two saves.

NEW YORK (AP) - Florida Marlins outfielder Chris Coghlan (KAHG'-lihn) led all National League rookies with a .321 batting average and the most hits, doubles and runs scored to earn enough votes for NL Rookie of the Year. He edged out Phillies pitcher J.A.
