No decision has been reached yet on whether convicted
sex offender Alfonso Rodriguez, Junior should live or die.
Jurors in
Fargo adjourned this afternoon after deliberating most of the day.
The 53-year old was convicted of kidnapping resulting in the death of 22-year old
Dru Sjodin in 2003.
In order for a death sentence to be handed down, the jury's decision must be unanimous, otherwise he will receive life in prison without parole.
