Associated Press Bismarck, N.D. (AP) North Dakota's Supreme Court has reversed drunken driving penalties against two men because their court hearings were conducted by telephone. Jerry Gordon Neu and Darren Landsiedel's cases were sent back to lower courts for further action. The men claimed their hearings were not fair. BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) A judge says a former Dickinson executive who pleaded guilty to tax fraud could face nearly four years in prison. Micheal Fisher, a former vice president and director of Fisher Sand and Gravel Company, was accused of using corporate funds to pay personal expenses. He pleaded guilty to nine felony counts. Fargo, N.D. (AP) A judge has awarded custody of the 3-year-old daughter of a slain Fargo dentist to her uncle and his wife. Roy Gattuso's attorney said he and his wife were granted temporary emergency custody of Kennedy Gattuso. (AP) Bail has been set at $1,000 cash for a Bismarck woman charged with manslaughter in a fatal crash that authorities say happened after she fell asleep while driving a cement truck.
