BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) Bozeman officials say the city hauled more snow out of town after a storm earlier this month than it did over the entire course of last winter. Crews usually take the snow to a sand-storage facility but there wasn't enough room this go-around.

Street superintendent John Van Delinder says the snow was hauled to a parking lot at a softball facility.

BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) The last of three people charged in the death of a 3-year-old Billings boy has been given a 10-year suspended prison sentence for criminal endangerment and must pay about $10,000 in restitution. The Billings Gazette reports Jennifer Anne Larson appeared in District Court on Thursday for the Sept. 7, 2004, death of Ropati "Lupe" Mulipola.

HELENA, Mont. (AP) The ACLU of Montana is suing the Lake County Jail for withholding prescription medication from a pregnant inmate. The ACLU says Bethany Cajune was denied the drug she uses to avoid severe withdrawal symptoms while overcoming narcotic addiction. Cajune, several months pregnant, was serving time at the Lake County Detention Facility.

Missoula, Mont. (AP) Authorities say a 78-year-old Stevensville rancher was killed by a bull he was trying to load into a trailer. The man was killed Wednesday when the bull slammed him into a fence. Ravalli County Sheriff's Lt. Steve Holton says the man died at the scene northeast of Stevensville. The victim's name is being withheld until his family can be notified.
