It was a tough ending to Dickinson State's Football season.

A 59 to 7 loss to Carroll College in the NAIA Playoffs.

" (TIA STREETER/ KX SPORTS) After being CO-DAC champions, DSU was dominated out of the playoffs, by Carroll College, and gained NEGATIVE 10 yards rushing. But Head Coach Biesiot says his team won't be remembered for that one game

(HANK BIESIOT/ DSU HEAD COACH) Looking back it doesn't detract we can't let it detract from the year these guys had the roll they got on in the middle of the year and if somebody would have said in August that we were going to win 7 conference games in a row we'd have taken it in a heartbeat so you sometimes have to step back let the smoke clear a little bit to appreciate what really happened

(TIA STREETER/ KX SPORTS) The offseason will be filled with weight lifting and trying to improve upon this season's record, and although Coach Beisiot says there are no glaring holes to fill, he will be looking for athletes to step up

(HANK BIESIOT/ DSU HEAD COACH) you know some areas have to be strengthened but like we tell the guys that has to come from the guys in this room there's the ones you count on the freshman redshirt kids moving up so you try to strengthen your team however and whereever you can but you owe it to the players in the program to do that..
