Associated Press Washington (AP) A Senate report asserts that Osama bin Laden was unquestionably within reach of U.S. troops in Afghanistan's Tora Bora mountains in December 2001. But it says American military leaders decided not to pursue the terrorist leader with massive force. The report calls it "a lost opportunity" that allowed bin Laden and his bodyguards to walk out "unmolested" and vanish into Pakistan's tribal region. NEW YORK (AP) The couple that crashed President Barack Obama's first state dinner won't be appearing on CNN's "Larry King Live" Monday night. The cable network has confirmed their cancellation. A television executive says the couple are offering to talk to broadcast networks for a payment of hundreds of thousands of dollars. WINDERMERE, Fla. (AP) The Florida Highway Patrol says Tiger Woods' crash at the end of his driveway early Friday is being investigated as an accident, so he's not required to answer officers' questions about the incident. But his silence is stirring questions and rumors after his agent told authorities he and his wife weren't available to talk until Sunday. HOUSTON (AP) Police in Texas say they've found the body of Houston teacher who had been missing for days. The discovery was made when his apparently abandoned vehicle was towed. The Houston Chronicle reports that officials believe the man may have been killed at a friend's home and hidden in the vehicle which had been dumped on a farm. STOCKHOLM (AP) A Swedish murder mystery has been solved. Police say a moose likely did it. That clears a man who had been arrested for allegedly killing his wife. The woman was found dead after an evening stroll in the forest. A Swedish tabloid says moose hairs and saliva were found on her clothes. (Copyright 2009 by The Associated Press. All Rights Reserved.)
