Associated Press AP Photo MME106 By LEONID CHIZHOV Associated Press Writer MOSCOW (AP) Mark Jelks won the 60 meters and Greg Nixon claimed the 400 to lead the United States contingent at the Russian Winter IAAF indoor meet on Sunday. Jelks finished in 6.64 seconds to beat reigning world indoor champion Olusoji Fasuba by 0.03 seconds, with fellow Nigerian Peter Emelieze third in 6.69. Nixon won the 400 in 46.72 seconds, followed by Russia's Dmitriy Buryak in 46.83 and Rabah Yuosif of Sudan in 46.97. World record-holder Yelena IsiNBAyeva, making her Russian Winter debut, won the women's pole vault with a leap of 4.85 meters.
