Local groups supporting health care reform march to the North Dakota Blue Cross Blue Shield headquarters.

They are hoping to convince Blue Cross Blue Shield CEO, Paul Von Ebers to sign a pledge to end what they call abusive health insurance practices. They also hope he will sign the pledge to support health care reform.

Bonnie Torrance, who has been living without health insurance for years because of a pre-existing medical condition, says its time for things to change.
