Associated Press Washington (AP) The CIA says it will begin handing over to Congress documents concerning the destruction of videotapes showing the harsh interrogation of two terror suspects. The House Intelligence Committee had threatened to subpoena agency officials. WASHINGTON (AP) California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger says his state will sue to overturn an Environmental Protection Agency decision. The EPA refused to grant California a waiver that would allow it to impose greenhouse gas limits on cars, trucks and SUVs. ATLANTA (AP) A study says uninsured cancer patients are nearly twice as likely to die within five years as those with private coverage. The study also says people without health insurance are less likely to get recommended cancer screening tests, and that when those patients finally do get diagnosed, their cancer is likely to have spread. DETROIT (AP) Are the days of the muscle car numbered? Some see the end of performance cars, now that President Bush has signed into law legislation that will require more fuel-efficient vehicles.
