Associated Press BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) Carbon County Attorney Robert Eddleman has been indicted on drug charges. U.S. Attorney Bill Mercer announced the indictment against Eddleman and Terri Jabs Kurth on Thursday, saying that the two are accused of distributing and facilitating the use of cocaine. Eddleman could not immediately be reached for comment. Eddleman and Kurth have not appeared in court on the indictment, which was returned by a grand jury on Wednesday. The charges in the indictment are: conspiracy to maintain a drug related premises for both the use of drugs and the commercial and gratuitous distribution of drugs, maintaining a drug related premises and distribution of cocaine.
