Associated Press RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) Circuit Judge Jack Delaney has denied a prosecution request to remove himself from the murder case of 51-year-old Robert Goulding of Rapid City. Prosecutors had said Delaney, a 7th Circuit judge, cannot be fair and impartial in the case. Goulding stands accused of shooting and killing 56-year-old Allen Kissner at Sheridan Lake last month. He died from a gunshot wound to the head. Goulding has pleaded not guilty to a murder charge. His wife, 58-year-old Nancy Ellwein, has pleaded not guilty to being an accessory to murder.
