Howe of Mitchell, has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of making a threatening or harassing phone call to a newspaper editor. Howe, upset over an editorial, had said the editor was lucky the newspaper hadn't been "firebombed." The judge told him he used a bad choice of words. FULTON, S.D. (AP) A Fulton man who has raised bison for almost half a century says there's good demand for bison meat these days. Ralph Mahoney says the demand for the low-cholesterol bison meat should keep increasing as society becomes more health-conscious. South Dakota was the nation's top producer of bison last year. PIERRE, S.D. (AP) The Legislature's Rules Review Committee meets Tuesday at the state Capitol in Pierre.
