Associated Press Watford City, N.D. (AP) McKenzie County officials have released more details about a teenager's death at an oil well site last week. The sheriff's office says 18-year-old Jacob Quale of Watford City was killed while trying to ride the pumping unit of an oil well just north of Watford City last Wednesday. Authorities said three juveniles also were at the site but were not hurt. They called 911 and tried to revive Quale until an ambulance arrived. He was pronounced dead at the McKenzie County Hospital. The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration has determined the accident was not work-related.
