Associated Press SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) Funnel clouds, Tornadoes, hail and high winds were reported in much of eastern South Dakota Tuesday afternoon and evening. The storms left the state around 9:30 p.m. In Menno, trees were uprooted, windows were blown out and some power lines were down. SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) The president has issued a disaster declaration for 14 South Dakota counties and the parts of the Cheyenne River and Standing Rock reservations within those counties due to March snowstorms and subsequent flooding. A survey estimated more than $3.5 million in emergency costs and damages. Bismarck, N.D. (AP) North Dakota and South Dakota have joined the states placing restrictions on livestock imports from Texas. A case of vesicular stomatitis was confirmed in a horse in west Texas last week. State animal boards in the Dakotas want to stop the viral disease from spreading into their states. OMAHA, Neb. (AP) The state of Nebraska added 10 herds to its bovine TB quarantine list.
