Associated Press Bismarck, N.D. (AP) A Fargo man who authorities say hit three pedestrians in south Bismarck with his vehicle early Saturday morning faces a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence. Police Sgt. Dwight Offerman says 31-year-old Brock Engstrom's blood-alcohol level was almost double the legal limit for driving. Engstrom is accused of running into a vehicle on a city street, then turning into a restaurant parking lot and hitting three people. Two Fargo men were treated at a local hospital and released.
