Associated Press Hettinger, N.D. (AP) Authorities estimate damage at more than $30,000 to the Hettinger Golf Course after weekend vandalism. Adams County Sheriff Eugene Molbert says five golf carts were damaged. He says the vandals rammed into more than 40 golf cart sheds and into the club house, and took money, alcohol and cigarettes. (AP) The Agriculture Department says North Dakota crops that have been delayed by below-normal temperatures might get some help from the weather this week. The state forecast calls for highs ranging from 85 to 95, after weeks of cooler weather. WEST FARGO, N.D. (AP) West Fargo school officials are holding the first of three public meetings on a possible $39 million school referendum in early October. Tonight's meeting and meetings on Thursday and Monday are aimed at seeing how school district residents would feel about voting on such a project. In June, voters rejected a $65 million proposal. (AP) An engineer is recommending shutting down the four-story US Bank parking ramp in downtown Fargo and either demolishing it or reinforcing it.
