Starkweather-area man facing child porn chages Eds: APNewsNow.

Devils Lake, N.D. (AP) The Ramsey County sheriff's office says a Starkweather-area man faces felony child pornography charges.

Authorities say 18-year-old Robert Hopp was arrested Thursday night after an investigation by the sheriff's office and an attorney general's task force targeting Internet crimes against children. Hopp was jailed in Devils Lake.
