Officials of the Three Affiliated Tribes are seeking approval for a 13,000-barrel refinery to process Canadian crude oil. Nineteen-year-old Lane Olson is being held in the Stutsman County jail on $2,000 bail. Court documents say Olson had sex with three acquaintances, who later went to police.
