Associated Press Mandan, N.D. (AP) A man accused of hitting a Mandan woman in a bar parking lot with a stolen pickup truck has pleaded guilty. Forty-year-old Eugene Smith Jr. pleaded guilty to aggravated reckless driving and unauthorized use of a vehicle on Thursday in Burleigh County Court. He was ordered to serve one year on each count, but they'll be served concurrently after he completes a 30-month sentence for an unrelated robbery. Authorities say Smith was driving a pickup owned by Kist Livestock on April 19, 2008, when he struck 22-year-old Crystal Alyea, dragging her about 100 feet.
