Associated Press WHITEFISH, Mont. (AP) Two players from Rocky Mountain College and one from Montana Tech have been named Frontier Conference Football players of the week. The offensive player of the week went to Rocky Mountain senior quarterback Kasey Peters. In Rocky's 28-7 upset win over No. 14 Dickinson State, Peters hit 28 of 44 passes for 421 yards and four touchdowns. Rocky Mountain sophomore linebacker Steffan Blume claimed the defensive player of the week honor, recording six solo tackles, five assisted tackles and one fumble recovery. The special teams player of the week went to Montana Tech freshman punter Brian Nickel. In a loss to South Dakota School of Mines, Nickle had five punts for 213 yards, including a 60-yard punt.
