Associated Press Bismarck, N.D. (AP) U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack says an additional $172.5 million in federal stimulus money has been awarded for water and environmental projects across the country. The money includes more than $15 million in loans and grants for projects in North Dakota and South Dakota. In North Dakota, the city of Mayville is getting just under $3 million. In South Dakota, the Clark Rural Water System is getting $7.8 million, and city awards are: Canova, $100,000; Whitewood, $295,000; Estelline, $657,000; and Webster, $3.7 million.
