Associated Press Dickinson, N.D. (AP) The bins are filling up with a bumper harvest in southwestern and south central North Dakota. But South Central Grain elevator manager Jeff Mehl says the prices are ranging from less than four dollars a bushel to about $4.50 a bushel. He says that's terrible, but producers are selling anyway, because the bins are full. DOUGLAS, N.D. (AP) The Highway Patrol says a pickup swerved to avoid a dog and rolled over in a McLean County ditch, killing the Douglas teen driving. A 14-year-old passenger wasn't hurt. Bismarck, N.D. (AP) An 18-year-old Bismarck woman has been charged with felony terrorizing, among other charges. Police say officers arrested Angel Grant and a 14-year-old girl for underage drinking, and Grant allegedly threatened to have her family from California come to Bismarck and kill an officer and his family. Fargo, N.D. (AP) North Dakota State University is installing 400 weather radios to notify people on campus about emergencies, including flooding, blizzards or Tornados.
