(AP) An attorney for a Yale University lab technician called a "person of interest" in the killing of graduate student Annie Le says his client is willing to work with authorities. Attorney David Dworski (DWAR'-ski), of Fairfield, tells The Associated Press that he represents 24-year-old Raymond Clark III. Clark was released early Wednesday by police who executed two search warrants to collect DNA and other physical evidence from Clark and his apartment. Dworski says Clark is "committed to proceeding appropriately with the authorities." He would not comment further. Clark worked in the lab where Le, of Placerville, Calif., disappeared Sept. 8. Her body was found five days later, stuffed behind a wall in the laboratory, on what was to be her wedding day. (Copyright 2009 by The Associated Press. All Rights Reserved.) APNP 09-16-09 1143CDT |
