Associated Press Grand Forks, N.D. (AP) The state Board of Higher education is meeting today in Grand Forks. Among its topics are requests for more money for new homes for the presidents at North Dakota State University and the University of North Dakota. Hankinson, N.D. (AP) Authorities say they've arrested three people after finding a pound of methamphetamine packaged for sale in a room at the Dakota Magic Casino in Hankinson. They say the meth had a street value estimated at $80,000. Bismarck, N.D. (AP) A man has been ordered to prison for a year for trying to smuggle drugs into jail in a bar of soap. Sixty-four-year-old William Bruederle Sr. of Bismarck was accused of trying to bring the drugs to his son last March.
