Associated Press Grand Forks, N.D. (AP) A second suspect in an armed bank robbery in the northeastern North Dakota town of Gilby has pleaded not guilty. (AP) A northeastern North Dakota man accused of molesting a 7-year-old girl has been sentenced to 30 years in prison. Authorities say a search of Laurence Pelletier, Jr.'s computers also found child pornography, including an image produced by him that involved a 15-month-old child. Bismarck, N.D. (AP) Sen. Byron Dorgan says a $457,000 federal grant will be used to study the feasibility of a new oil refinery in North Dakota. Dorgan says it's important to expand oil refinery capacity to curb fuel shortages and take advantage of the oil-rich Bakken shale formation in the western part of the state. Garrison, N.D. (AP) Construction is ending on a long-delayed marina at Fort Stevenson State Park on Lake Sakakawea. Park Manager Dick Messerly says the new marina will be useable shortly after ice-out next spring.
