Grand Forks, N.D. (AP) A second suspect in an armed bank robbery in the northeastern North Dakota town of Gilby has pleaded not guilty. The FBI had issued an arrest warrant for William Collins in the May 26 heist in which more than $50,000 was stolen.

Authorities say a search of Laurence Pelletier, Jr.'s computers also found child pornography, including an image produced by him that involved a 15-month-old child.

Bismarck, N.D. (AP) Sen. Byron Dorgan says a $457,000 federal grant will be used to study the feasibility of a new oil refinery in North Dakota. Dorgan says it's important to expand oil refinery capacity to curb fuel shortages and take advantage of the oil-rich Bakken shale formation in the western part of the state.

Garrison, N.D. (AP) Construction is ending on a long-delayed marina at Fort Stevenson State Park on Lake Sakakawea. Park Manager Dick Messerly says the new marina will be useable shortly after ice-out next spring. If water levels remain high, the old marina might also be usable next year.
