Years of investigation have led to the arrest of nearly two dozen people police say were involved in a drug ring in the Fessenden area.

Charges have been filed over the past several weeks against 22 people and Wells County State's Attorney Kathleen Trosen says more arrests are possible.

The man accused of leading the methamphetamine ring is Michael Tresenriter of Cathay.

He has 21 counts filed against him.

Others charged in the meth ring come from various towns including New Rockford and Fargo.

Trosen had no estimate of the quantity of drugs involved in the case, but she says many local and state agencies have been part of the investigation. watch the video | save this article / add to your favorites list
