MSU Homecoming MontageSep 26 2009 11:21PM
KXMCTV Minot Events have been taking place throughout the past several days, and it all led up to today's homecoming Football game against Jamestown College. Dan Erdmann gives us a look at some of Saturday's festivities as the celebration hit the streets of Minot. (Chase Lee, MSU Homecoming King) "It's been an exciting week for us, I mean homecoming, you get to see all the people I used to go to school with who are back and it's a lot of fun. They're all in town, we're all having a good time as well." (Whitney Loftesnes, MSU Homecoming Queen) "It's so fun! This week has been busy and we've had lots of fun activities, and being here at the parade is a good way to cap it all off." (Dr. David Fuller, MSU President) "Not only do we have terrific weather, we've got a lot of people, returning allumns, who are great supporters of Minot State. They're having a good time, the whole week has been just a lot of fun." (Whitney Loftesnes, MSU Homecoming Queen) "We like to see everyone get involved and I know people love just the homecoming day of the game, and we have an awesome day today, and I think that this week has just brought an extra excitement to all the students and the staff, and with this parade to end it, I think it's a great day." (Natural Sound: "Go Minot!") (Dr. David Fuller, MSU President) "Our current students are very interested in what this means, and they're starting to meet allumns, so they understand the traditions of Minot State. So, bringing those two together is a very important experience for students and for allumns both, so it's just a great time for everybody." (Chase Lee, MSU Homecoming King) "Everybody's out just having a good time." (Dr. David Fuller, MSU President) "We've just got a lot of good things going for us." (Whitney Loftesnes, MSU Homecoming Queen) "Go Beavers!" The Beavers celebrated a Homecoming victory Saturday afternoon, defeating Jamestown College.
