Associated Press Bismarck, N.D. (AP) Top walleye anglers will be competing on the Missouri River this week for the Wal-Mart FLW Walleye Tour Championship. The four-day title event is Wednesday through Saturday. It marks the second year the championship has been based in Bismarck, with weigh-ins at the Bismarck Civic Center. Boats will launch from the Hazelton Launch Ramp about 30 miles southeast of the city. The tournament will feature 108 competitors from 16 states and Canada. It will award as much as $150,000 cash to the winning professional. Last year, Iowa angler Tommy Skarlis took a first-day lead and held on to win the title.
