Associated Press PIERRE, S.D. (AP) A 44-year-old Mission man will serve more than three years in custody for attacking a Rosebud man with an ax. Rodney Thin Elk pleaded guilty in federal court to assault with a dangerous weapon and was sentenced to 41 months of incarceration.
