(AP) A trucking company denies in a court filing that one of its drivers was using a wireless device when a company truck rear-ended a motorcyclist at Sioux Falls. The cyclist is suing the company in federal court. SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) A 51-year-old Plankinton woman has been ordered to repay $5,000 and spend a year behind bars for illegally receiving Social Security benefits. Prosecutors say Debbi Lynne Schock received benefits for three minor children who no longer lived with her. PIERRE, S.D. (AP) A 44-year-old Mission man will serve more than three years in custody for attacking a Rosebud man with an ax.
