Associated Press THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minn. (AP) The car of a Thief River Falls woman who's been missing for nearly a year has been found in a river in her hometown in northwestern Minnesota. Authorities say Gina Lin Anderson's 2002 Pontiac Sunfire was discovered in the Red Lake River on Wednesday afternoon. It was found by officers searching the river by boat, after officials began drawing down the stream Monday. The 33-year-old Anderson was last seen Oct. 23, 2008, driving away from her home in Thief River Falls. She left behind her purse and anti-seizure medication. The Pennington County Law Enforcement Center says the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension Crime Lab will process the vehicle.
